We are a very small team comprising of one main programmer, one artist/level designer and one concept artist. We will be starting out with a couple of small projects which will be announced in due time.
We're using the Unity Post Process Stack for effects such as bloom, motion blur, softening, hue & saturation adjustments. Pre-process, the game models and scenery look a little rougher but in the same breath they have a sharper edge and higher resolution.
The nice thing about leveraging the post-processing stack is the gain in performance by rendering less triangles per frame using smoothing effects. However, there's the inevitable loss of resolution clarity. Blurring can also help hide imperfections in textures that might otherwise be too noticeable.
