Developer and 2 Animators job - Other Monster Studios

To whom it may concern,

My name is Chris Sharpe and I am the founding member to a new game development team called Other Monster Studios. The idea behind Other Monster is to produce high quality video games while maintaining honesty with the industry and consumer-base alike.

Our team is currently in pre-production for our flagship title: Project Playground; an action RPG with a streamlined barrier to entry based around children in an idealized neighborhood. Most of the design documents are written up and we have moved on to the concept art phase. Even as I type this our concept artist is hard at work establishing the aesthetic of Project Playground. She takes hard work to an all new level and inspires me to keep working harder on the designs. But as hard as we work, we are just 2 pieces of the puzzle.

That's where you come in
We are looking for a handful of capable people to help make this project a reality and make us a legitimate company. Here's what we need:

A DEVELOPER: someone to build the functionality of the game.
Must know C# and/or JavaScript
Knowledge of unity a big plus
2 ANIMATORS: someone to give the game a unique sense of life!
Must be able to draw 2D, pose to pose character animations
Must be able to convert said animations into rasterized animation sheets

All candidates will be expected to be professional and skill tests will be administered; be sure you are ready.
