So I do some Ukrainian mod for Victoria II Heart of Darkness v3.04 because... just because. Seen many gameplays on utube, many people intresting, still this country was presented very poorly in game. So, an alternative history, Ukraine gains independence 80 years earlier, the rest of changes based on historical data.
