Eclipse Industries, stated previously, is the parent company of Native Federation Studios, Native Army Entertainment and Native Empire Productions.

Eclipse Industries was first founded by Jesse Loon as a single all-in-one company which comprised of N.F.S., N.A.E., N.E.P. but was later split up into four different, separate and single working companies with the three as child companies and Eclipse Industries the parent company.
