The SS-VII Rashne Frigate is the standard battle craft for the Emirates's Navy. Given a micro Diamond-Core Engine, standard grade Neo-Carbon Plating, and two Pulse Cannons, the Frigate is a competent, if unexceptional, battle ship. Interestingly, the Rashne Frigates not only act as the standard battle craft for the African Emirates, but, indeed, many of them also double as rehabilitation centers for the Emirates's criminals and undesirables, keeping them secluded and controlled.
