Port of the Warfare mod to be compatible with S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly. WARNING: feedback from players indicates that there are currently some problems with this port, they should be fixed in an upcoming update. Until then it's not recommended to use this for "serious sessions", can still be fun in more casual runs.

This is a port of the amazing Warfare for Call of Chernobyl addon, ported to S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly.
INSTALL
- Download this addon
- Install at least all Updates for Anomaly up to Update 10
- Until Update 10 is officially released, get the Update Preview from this forum post
- Unpack the content of this addon on top of Anomaly after Anomaly is patched up to at least Update 10
- Start a new game. This version of Warfare can cause problems when loading existing saves that were created without Warfare being installed

Holy crap, you're actually putting Warfare into Anomaly? I've been hoping for a long time that someone would port it to the Last Day foundation, thank you so much my guy!
It's not integrated, but an optional addon. But yes, it works with Anomaly and is an answer for anyone looking for more action.
"Warfare options" submenu in mainmenu doesnt work? Is it suppose to happen?
Also i assume this mod has to be played with the highest population factor? The default 0,5 is hardly suitable for warfare with only 370 people in the zone.
Well I stick to 0,5 factor and at the start of the game I had about 700+ stalkers
I guess that the mod edit the population factor itself
The Warfare menu works perfectly fine for me, make sure you don't have custom files in gamedata or they may conflict with the addon integration, @PassiveAggressive.
And I recommend to stick to 0.5 population factor with Warfare. Don't worry about too low population, my experience in testing this so far is that you still get enough things to shoot at :)
Weird i havent touched any files, and the warfare submenu cant be clicked at. Squad icons look ok, but there aren't any "bubbles" to capture. I dont remember original warfare that much, shouldnt squads be able to travel between sectors? Oh and duty somehow ended with loners as enemy, after killing everyone at rostok, now they seem to sit there confused, not attacking anything.
I can only access options like icons through "Game" menu, and not warfare menu. I have update 9 and 10, no custom gamefiles. Ive tried setting pop factor to 0,5 and 1,5 and to no avail menu isnt available.
Ive reinstalled everything and now...it works. Some next level ********, i didnt change any files, beside changing some options in "game" options tab.
Are there any certain game options that should be set, for warfare to function correctly? Like showing squads on the map? There were two warfare options before this addon came out. I'm confused haha
What are considered "Bases"? The green fast travel icons? How does this all work?

Still doesn't make much sense to me. It's mostly explaining what the options do rather than a broader scope, what I need to have enabled in game options, etc. I get a right click menu on the map, only on some places, no squads. Should I have show smarts on? What map icon setting? This is soooo vague, like I should already know what I'm doing.

how does influence work? Does warfare make trader npcs move around? I somehow got the trader at the processing station in zaton to attack the jupiter plant. I love the idea of all this but I have -no- idea what I'm doing, documention is helping but damn, I still don't get this. Why can't I right click on squads, only the bubbles that showed up once I enabled "show smarts"? Idk how but somehow I got the merc trader from zaton processing station to attack jupiter plant. by himself. Also the map doesn't seem to reflect changes like a squad being killed or spawned? Now I'm messing with the debug menu and options trying to find my way but it's still so confusing
Ive just right clicked on smarts and there were options to add influence. Other time i could target it, attack by all, send squad etc. I dont know why it was enabled this time, and not the other?
Getting pure virtual function call error, on enagaging a squad that is in the process of despawning, or scheduled for despawning. Weird.

Does warfare breaks some doctorx quests?
It's possible but I've not played with it enough to be able to confirm that. If there are problems with it I'll take a closer look at the cause and try to integrate it better in a future update.

It's like the mod is "half" there, compared to what I'm reading in the official documentation. Some options there, some not, some things clickable, some not.
After installing this mod, whenever I start the game it crashes immediately to desktop with message saying "system.ltx" is missing from gamedata/config even though there was never a system.ltx there to begin with.
It's not currently compatible with Anomaly Repack, but it will be updated soon.

Is this getting updated any time soon? I'm loving Anomaly but to see warfare in it would make it #1 in my book
