This Bilge section was meant to be the start of Streets Part 4 but had to be removed due to it was causing technical issues. Now you can play it now and see how it was meant to be.

Any help would be appreciated as I wander aimlessly at the beginning of Bilge. I've powered up the top floor but it's downstairs where I'm stuck. No power to be had and none of the valve wheels turn. There's a ladder to nowhere that I suspect has something to do with it........
