This is a mod for doom 3 where the double barrel shotgun spawns in the campaign, replacing a few shotgun spawns.
The difference between this and other SSG mods for doom 3 is that this actually spawns within the campaign. And unlike cstdoom3 (which is still good), this only has the SSG.

Would've been great if Id had included enemies using this weapon. Imagine Commandos running at full speed towards you and shooting you at point-blank range with this thing. Ouch 😬

how do install ?
Just take the two pk.4 files you get after extracting the zip & place both of them into your Doom 3 "base" folder. The first spawn of the DB Shotgun is sitting at the feet of that dying marine in the chapter "Administration".
Awesome mod! Works great & feels like a natural part of Doom 3's campaign. Thank you. I'm using this with the D3HDP v1.0 mod. It works like a charm. And the Sikkpin Shaders I'm using with D3HDP actually add a gleam & shine to this Double-Barrel Shotgun mod. 8 out of 10.
Helpful tip when using this mod: while this Double-Barrel Shotgun mod is in your Doom 3 "base" folder, you will get startup crashes when trying to load Resurrection of Evil, either from the in-game Mods menu or when using ROE's shortcut (giving off "weapon script errors" that are preventing ROE from starting up). To fix this issue, simply remove the two pk4 files for this DB Shotgun mod from your Doom 3 "base" folder & place them into a backup folder for easy access when you want to use them again with Doom 3. After removing the two pk4 files for the DB Shotgun mod, ROE will start up without issue.
I put that files in Dom3/base and the mod didnt show up, where is problem?
