I've been eagerly anticipating that mod, and am a huge fan of your work. I loved BF Korea. Sorry if this is a little forward, but when can we expect that to come out?

Right now, we have a lot of reworking to do on tanks like polishing them all up with nice 3d tank sights like found in IDF and BFK mod, as well as getting new player models exported and some other things. I am not sure when all will be ready, but we are working on it all the time trying to knock things out on the list of things to do.

Great! I quite like Battlefield V, but it is by no means a great WW2 Battlefield. A Battlefield 2 Style remake of BF1942 is ingenious, and I'm surprised no one has done it before. But I remember reading on the BF1944 Mod Page, that you were also borrowing elements from BG42. Now, with that being said, do you guys plan to add a Chinese faction to your mod?

ABSOLUTELY! China is underrepresented in most WW2 games, and western media at large, so I would love to do that and do like what Battlegroup42 did for their mod. In many ways the mod will be a true spiritual successor to Battlegroup42, and really just expand on the things Battlegroup Frontlines did, but with better quality models on soldiers and weapons for sure. Lots of stuff in 1942 was completely incorrect and a lot of placeholders were used. So we are sticking to historical accuracy, and trying to get right what Battlefield V failed sop hard at. I own that game too, and do like it, but it is not the game I wanted to play.

In fact BG42 gave our mod permission to use 100% of their content in ours, so we have a lot of content to bring over from that mod that is still very great quality.

I was also nobody tried making a modern WW2 remake of 1942 in the BF2 engine in HD, it really is a great engine that can handle it well. We will even use the naval content as well my friends over at FH2 CMP ported over from the first game like the ships.

That sounds AMAZING, like seriously, you're basically putting out my dream WW2 game, and probably alot of other people's. By the way, what are your plans for main menu music? Are you going to play period music like FH2 has in it's loading screens?
