This SMG Replacement fits into the half life 2 retail and beta style perfectly. Great job!
I really love this design because of the way it fits in with the Half-Life alt-history aesthetic. Is there any chance you would consider making this an MP5k replacement on the Entropy : Zero 2 workshop?

Can you modify this so the image in the menu as well as the weapon and ammo pickups reflect the change in weapon? Plus changing the name in the menu as well.
The weapon model not only having much higher quality textures but it also much resembles closer to the HP5K found in the beta. One thing that bothers me is the idle and reload animations feel a bit more stiff compared to the vanilla MP7.
