Red Cross are such fools...
I'm surprised that haven't complained to Valve pleading them to censor medical pickups/healing items that have red crosses on them in their games.
"Fun" fact - Red Cross organization will sue the hell of geme devs if they're using their logo, but it ain't gonna laid a finger upon terrorists who use red cross ambulances to deceive people and soldiers to catch them off guard

You missed the health icon on the HUD, that's still green.
Whoops, good catch, the HUD icons are already replaced in the current download but I forgot to update preview image. I'll be updating it in a moment.
I did a similar one but using the original files and following the original palette.

Technically yours also uncensors the crosses seen on the impromptu "meals" created by Traps.
