QMarines Client Download addon

Welcome, all, to the first public release of QMarines. This is a culmination of most of my free time for the last, oh, few months or so. I've really enjoyed making it and playing it so far, and I hope Since QMarines is a single player mod, all players have to download the same ZIP file.
