Lol, only after uploading did I find out that there are many similar add-ons. I find it funny. Decide for yourself which addon is best for you.

Is it just me or does the old shotgun look MUCH better than the 1.3 version. Like the 1.3 version looks like the normal HL2 one but the 1.2 one looks like a whole new model.
I think it's the same model but scaled down so it wouldn't get in the way (which was a common complaint in regards to the shotgun). Most of the guns in MMod I think are basically edited vanilla models.
