Official Rainbow Studios Special Edition tracks addon

EDIT: 10/15/2023 - I have located the missing level Custer's Last Band Special Edition. We now have ALL of the official MCM1 Rainbow studios maps preserved.

These tracks were originally released on Rainbow Studios's website here. Some of these are remixed versions of tracks in the Holiday track pack uploaded here. There are also some remixed vanilla tracks too. They will also overwrite the old tracks as they are named the same. To install these tracks unzip them into your motocross madness\teraform\nationals. The full list of levels is as follows.
