Octuptarra Combat Tri-Droid addon

New month, new president model.

A more unique look of the Octuptarra Combat Tri-Droid thanks to the 2003 Clone Wars cartoon; perfect for people who are not a fan of lazy up/downscaled vehicles which seem to be common in the Separatists' arsenal for some reason.

I was not able to get the turret behavior to work but I have included the .blend file in case that might help anyone looking to amend that issue. Who knows? Maybe there actually is no issue and I am just stupidly overlooking something in the code.
