oad_dm3ish-a1 (Mini Abandoned Base) addon

A quick retexturing and adaptation of Aardappel's dm3ish for Quake, this one is rescued from the old OA SVN r951. It features a new weapon/item placement closer with that of the original dm3, as well as lots of polygon cleanups.
