NPC AV-8B Alternate Skins addon

This skin replacement pack changes Erusean AV-8B Harrier to choice of grey drab or test flight liveries, both with Erusean emblems.

Since AV-8B in Ace Combat 7 uses the same model and texture from Assault Horizon, copying texture directly will work without issues.
