Is this really 1,79 Gb? Just for sounds or the complete NHCmod v2.602?
It is just the sound addon. It was too big to include it inside a full NHCmod 2.602 download so I had to separate it. Anyway the mod works perfectly fine without it.
is there a way to use this in every mod and vanilla? or is it just the nhc mod?
Yes, these files could be use in other mods but that would requires some manipulations, not just dropping them somewhere.
Does this change all WM and PE voices to German (multiplayer and single player)?

so i used this mod for others mod but when i play somehow there is issue that Luftwaffle Squad unit still have english voiceline than German any help?
