neptunia mod for mmh7 addon

The only thing in this mod which will casue conflics with other mods is H7Config.upk which adds these heros and magics to combat pool. You can use mmh7's editor to add them to play this mod with other mods.

20210903 update:Add 1 new common spells and adjust some hero special abilities. 2 new heros.

20210911 update:Blind can no longer target undead and consreuct. Fix bug of hero special ability Magic Science that launch too much fire bolts,and chang it's damage from 34-56+0.2*herolevel to 17-28+0.4*herolevel.

20210914 update: Fix bug of hero special ability Magic Science that damage of it's special fire bolt doesn't increased by herolevel.

20220915 update:Blind magic can no longer target creatures which have the ability Blind.Add 4 new heros. Magic Science is actived only by haven and sylvan ballista and it's damge change to 17-28+5*herolevel.

20220918 update:Fix some text mistakes.Effect of ka ge bun shin no jyu tsu is changed to be affected only by hero's skill rank.

20220928update:Fix a issue that Wild Cat ability works only on the first turn of combats.

20221118update:Hardworking now affects undeads and constructs as well.

20230810update:The scenario map neptunia_rb1 is updated.Roads are added.Some missions are changed so that the player will have less chance to be stuck.Some spelling mistakes are fixed.
