Here's a couple of my toys i made for Nations At War, Giving back to the Modding Community, Free to use by the ModDB community. Yes they are too old to suit BF2 but they are still a bit of fun for a while anyway. As usual, you can re-name, re-paint and re-code these as you like. you can put them into any BF2 mod you like, though i can't imagine there will be much call for that...

I was tempted in the past to get Rallisport Challenge 2, because that is made in Refractor 2.0 to check if those cars were convertile bf2. Or maybe it was refractor 1.0 I don't remember. Anyway, now there's no need for me to do that when we got these!
Ah holy **** great idea! It has some great vegetation and buildings that would be nice to have in BF2 for sure for custom maps.

Yes, that's true! It is the first one that is Refractor based. I think that's why the driving models with throttle, gears and all that jazz is so advanced. They based it off their rally game.
However I think it is Refractor 1.0 aka bf42. When looking at gameplay videos, the trees really looks like bf42 trees. But IDK, it may be a proto 2.0.
Thanks for sharing. I am glad developers choose to share than delete. We old hard core BF2 modders/players always find use for the most unthinkable objects.
