This is an asset release for modders. Included are the msh, diffuse textures with specular included, and normal textures, as well as diffuse and specular separate in their own targas. I would recommend downscaling the textures, as I left them in 2048x2048 and 1024x1024 resolutions, the max they came in. Additionally, be aware that the AT-AT itself is an incredibly high poly mesh, so use with care.
This uses the stock AT-AT skeleton and animations. Works as a drop-in replacement.
Make sure to credit those responsible for this release if you use it in a public project.
