Eula as a Foxhound? I would have expected her to be a Su-35 or a F-22, because of her dance-like fighting style while hitting you like a truck and she's a 5-star!
Well I first heard about this I thought the modder will use Typhoon,considering that Mondstadt is a German word...
Since her theme uses Spanish guitars, one could have expected the F-15C. Plus, she'd find a hell of a dance partner in the form of the Demon Lord.
IMO another reason for"better using a Typhoon"is that Spain is also one of the 4 countries developing it,while your explanation is also reasonable
