The expanded description will tell you.
So paste the contents of the unzipped, downloaded folder "Custom_SP_Maps" (so everything from "Battle at Gazala" to "Siege of Leningrad minimap texture.xdb") into Data/Custom/Missions
-> so only paste it inside that Missions folder.
