Dude if you want to improve on m09 maps maybe you can take a bit of the recovered pre-alpha files honestly.
The interior stuff is mostly done there with things not present in the release version. The m09 maps were cut short/removed and this doesn't even have all of it in a state it was later.
Do you know where I can find Unreal II Alpha and Beta? I've searched around but can't find any links to them, but I know they exist from hearing discussions of them :D
Dear Arctures Happy new Year , well as far as i know you can get the game for like 14 bucks on steam , but google search and you shall find a better offer , i dunno whether you can get the game for free.
Hey leo thanks for the reply , Janus map in Unreal II Awakening is quite challenging already , i think you have to check yourself again , this is supposed to be a heavily edited version of the first release , as i wrote once upon a time a more like "One vs all thing" even with the singularity weapon (among others that i added) you or even i may never complete this level but it is more like fun and that rush thing.
It is surprising after all these years the AI can be so unforgiving , compare e.g. to Dead Space which is more predictable when it comes to encountering enemies yet a challenging game.
Bottom line is when it comes to your comment : You see something you don't like try messing with this map or the rest yourself and see what you can make of.
