Did you use pure 255-255-255 white and 0-0-0 black for the stripes? It's better to have gray-ish colours to match the weathering on the base skin, for example the original Osean flag's white area is 203-203-203 instead of pure white.
Yeah, I used the standard white on the color wheel. I feel kind of stupid that I didn't think about using the color picker on the Osean flag.
And the black from that FG tailcode should do, it's 23-23-23 or something if I remember correctly.
