Oh hey there Paindeblaze it's all part of the mod actually you just use the right code to activate the use of flags objects etc in the Editor.
It's Lion Roar, a Chinese mod which features Japanese faction.

That's strange the version it's made for is v1.8 -https://www.moddb.com/mods/lions-roar/downloads/lions-roar-18 - but it should work, runs every time for me flawlessly..are all other maps in mod working fine when you load them?
