EIther drag over your sourceport's executable or load with Doom Mod Loader,
Inspired by @Miekozazx on Twitter, this mod simply replaces the fist with a tiny kitty wrapped in a towel. Of course it's also animated. Currently doesn't have a sound because it's literally my first mod, but I hope you enjoy.
