Holland+ addon

Attention!This map is made by OCTheEagle and SinglePaly Support is should also him. I just modified something and upload it.

Before I modified, EU use US's equipment and USMC use MEC/CH's equipment. You can guess how chaotic the map is. (I guess the original idea of OCTheEagle is USMC-MEC)

As a result, i extracted EU's vehicles and objects from EF's Map and replaced original vehicles (But AAV and FiBombef use US's vehicles). So the map is bigger from 70MB to 112MB

(If you think it is too big, you can delete Objects.zip which includes EU's Objects and ServerArchives.con in Server.zip. Then replace EU's GameObjects in Server.zip/GameMode. You can use US's vehicle for EU Army or use MRC to replace EU Team)

In order to differ original i add layer32 (Add more fighters)
