HL2 Retextured Pictures addon

This addon attempts to make the photos look better.
The texture size is not HD, so they have to be upscaled. There's a regular texture size version, an upscaled vanilla version, and an upscaled retextured version.

Retextured Frame but the photo is left untouched

You need HL2 and EP2 for this addon to work.

Note: The texture's color is slightly changed from the one I made. (256 size only using DXT5)
