Will this work with some addons like hd citizens or nemez combine?
Maybe? Haven't Test it with custom Models, Maybe try it yourself tell me if it works.
It does work even though there are hands clipping bugs, but I won't notice it anyway since I won't just look at a dead body when playing. Other than that it works fine.

how do i install the mod?
After almost 30 years we got a physics mod for hl2, it's pretty cool, I would like it more if there was a map to test the ragdolls
