High Quality Rugs and Snowflakes by Xelus addon

This simple mod retextures all of the rugs in Oblivion and Shivering Isles, increasing both resolution and quality for, Lower, Middle and Upper Class rugs as well as the castle rugs. This mod also replaces the default 64x64 pixel snowflake with a higher quality and larger resolution snowflake texture, to make snowing a bit more beautiful.
