If you don't recognize the skin, it's based on an anime OVA called The Third Girls Aerial Squad. The pilot is an amnesiac American girl that... looks a lot like Razgriz. Go watch it, it's good for an air combat. Don't expect too much realism though, since it's all about 3rd gen fighters winning vs 5th gen fighters.
