F-15S/MTD -Halley- addon

A re-creation of HALLEY's scheme from Ace Combat 04, originally meant for the F-15 ACTIVE until it's proper introduction as the F-15S/MTD. Also there are clear differences between HALLEY's scheme and the normal ACTIVE stripes. As usual, the skin contains custom MRECs and please let me know if there are any abnormalities or bugs with the skin.

INSTALLATION:
1. Go to your Ace Combat 7 installation folder.
( [Your Steam Install Directory]/Steam/steamapps/common/ACE COMBAT 7/Game )

2. Make a "~mods" folder in .../Game/Content/Paks/

3. Copy the one of the desired .pak file in this zip file to ~mods folder.

4. Run the game
