F-15C Campaign Conversion v2.0 addon

This skin replacement pack introduces Erusea and Special F-15C skins with Mage, Spare, Strider, and Count markings, along with appropriate markings for allied Osean aircrafts.

Fixed missing OADF roundel on nose.
