This is a VF-103 Jolly Rogers "final Tomcat cruise" livery originally seen on F-14Bs flown by VF-103 shortly before the retirement of this beautiful bird. More images below.
VF-103 was the second Tomcat squadron to use the Jolly Rogers name and skull&bones insignia. This high-viz scheme was worn shortly before the retirement. The F-14B is visually almost identical to the D model when looking at the exterior, the most obvious difference being the different chinpod.
This livery was carefully crafted in 4k resolution with markings and colors applied.
