The aim of this mod is to re-imagine how the combine might sound now, as well as distinguish them from the lower ranked Civil Protection Officers.
With the release of MMOD one of the few things that I was still dissatisfied with was the voices of the Combine soldiers. Now don't get me wrong I genuinely love them but I thought that they could do with a bit of dazzling up to fit the game better what with the glowy eyes and such.
What originally started with me just trying to imitate them morphed into a whole redo of every line. I have even redone the sniper lines. This mod also contains redone versions of the new lines from MMOD; however it is still fully compatible with Vanilla HL2.
This is by no means perfect but I hope you enjoy it none the less.
Two versions are included, the difference being the pain and death sounds.
How to intsall -
Choose either ACSV or ACSVALT and place that VPK file inside either:
(Vanilla HL2) Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\hl2\custom
or
(MMOD) Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\HL2MMod_*version*\custom
Do not put both files in your custom folder!
Pretty good revoice if you ask me, gives me that FEAR 1 nostalgia.

It's nice except death sounds
I'm really digging those voices. They sound more audible, not to mention the humanistic touches remind you they were once human before combinification.
So these are your Voice? I seriously didn't like the Sniper ones tho, they sound really out of the place like near to a Civilian's sound.
The ALT file is honestly perfect, great job doing the death voicelines, pain and death screams are often the hardest things for voice actors.
For some odd reason I cant get these to work. Idk if I did something wrong but I followed the correct download instructions and it still wont work :(
This addon makes the Combine's Voice really badass to fight hearing every their voicelines even if I would have liked to hear them also from Civil Protection members but doesn't matter in the end.
