No. The AI is not setup and the game CTDs once you attempt to enter the vehicle.

Wel guys after two years of not knowing why this vehicle crashes I finally found a fix. I had to replace a sentence in the meat_matv.tweak. The sentence 'ObjectTemplate.aiTemplate meat_matv' should be replaced with 'ObjectTemplate.aiTemplate usjep_hmmwv'. After that it's working fine for me.
