It is a little sound modification for Men of war which change original german quotes (that I found shitty) in qoutations from germans soldiers of Call of duty which sound more realistic

I don't know because I've modded only MoW but I think it can make sense for other WW2 games having this addon

You must paste it into: resource/sound/human/talk.
It was written in the readme file

Quick question mate, I can't find where these are supposed to go. I head to the resource folder for the base game and theres none of the other folders from the readme there.
