Black Light Retribution armor mod for Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas.
Found this on one of my old mediafire accounts from 2011 last week, figured would share it with you guys.

Big thanks to General Green for the correction and edits! There are 2 versions of this mod. This is v1, for Fallout 3, with the armors located in Tenpenny Tower. v2 is for Fallout NV Tale of Two Wastelands and only contains the .esp, it can be found below in the comments section.
This mod is for Fallout 3, it spawns in Tenpenny Tower, but I've made a patched version for New Vegas - A Tale of Two Wastelands, here it is.

Ah not sure dude, dont have the old Fallouts installed so youll have to test it yourself. Lemme know if it works.
