AVERS US4CES Backpack Radio Mod addon

This addon is designed in conjunction with my AVERS US4CES Uniforms.

It includes 4 backpack radios based on the C-L-F radios for TFAR. These will work as long as the classnames for C-L-F's backpack radios don't change and TFAR has no major changes in the way it handles things.
