A PSD-format template for the ADF-01 FALKEN. Includes separate MREC file.
The Photoshop image file has the following contents:
Base Texture Fixes - Small edits to the original textures, optional
Decals - Recreation of warning labels and other details on the aircraft
Shadows - Recreation of shadows of intakes and other parts
Fuselage Bottom - The dark undercarriage of the aircraft, characteristic of the original skins
Note: The numbers refer to the original skin texture used to create the layer
Unpainted Layers - Details from the original textures which are not painted over, like the cockpit or landing gear
Note: The numbers refer to the original skin texture used to create the layer
UV Map - The boundaries of the aircraft model
Panels/Weathering - Details like panel lines, rust, grime, etc. that make the appearance more realistic
Also included are:
zoef_00_MREC_CLEAN.tga - A clean MREC file, which determines how the game lights the aircraft
Note: This MREC file has an alpha layer, which causes it to appear mostly invisible
zoef_alpha_mask.png - The mask used to create the Unpainted layers
zoef_uvmap.png - A separate UV map, identical to the one included above
INSTRUCTIONS
Place your layers below the Panels/Weathering and the Intake Decal layers.
Enable the Bottom Fuselage layers only if you wish to give your FALKEN a dark undercarriage.
Use only one Bottom Fuselage layer at a time.
Use either the clean or dirty Unpainted layer, don't use both.
