Hello and welcome to the XTS Talen Merchant Mod V1 This mod adds a Female merchant to the Imperial City Market district. She has some very usefull spells fora certaion point in the game when u may need them. As well as much more. She can Buy certain items at full price, Sells new Spell powers, Rechanges Magicle items, Repairs Magicle items, Shs is a master or Illusion and can Train. To install 1 - Drop the XTSTalenTheMerchantV1.esp into C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data 2 - Dubble click the Oblivion short cut and instead of clicking Play click Data Files 3 - Click the XTSTalenTheMerchantV1.esp so it has A in the box 4 - Click ok and then Play.
