In 1907 The Academy of Fine Arts Vienna accepted the enrollment of a man named Adolf Hitler. Many years later, we find a world vastly different from our own. With a resurgent Byzantine Empire on the rise, a not always so Cold War being fought between the United Nations and Central Security Pact. Though World War II, has never occurred, the world has seemed to find a way to incorporate just as much hardship across the Earth.

So far I have made a lot of Progress on the mod, but working by myself is difficult.
