hey i have a question i dont have the voice acting it is normal or i installed wrong? i have GOG version but i download the unofficial patch and i have clan quest mode, and if its possible that something is broken in my game?
The Prelude has no voice-acting yet and we don't know if we will be able to add some...
'Casting Call Club' seems to have a lot of free high quality voice actors, at least for Skyrim mods. Auditioning people and sound mixing is still a lot of additional work though. Thank you for this prelude and the UP Wesp, enjoying the game!
If you need some (amateur) voice actors, I'm a youtuber and could lend my german accented voice.
Sorry, but we have German accents ourselves and we can't have that ;).

I copy vampire fold from backup fold for ver 1.2 then paste on C:\....and install vampire's Prelude done running on windows 10 won't work. what need required minimum than ver 1.2? please tell any add install before Prelude install please thank you.

I understand about almost end Message <attack> we bit confused but I understand should explain us with "use attack with <enter> or <left mouse button>..." will be help to understand because I was confuse till solve it now. when I didn't click enter or left mouse button then freeze refuse running after press <enter> or <left mouse button> not successful then reload and I start press on enter or left mouse button when pop up text message display then solve and running till end. very cool!
I cant heal myself. So the game is unplayable...
is it just me?
In the latest version you can use Faith Heal, in the earlier versions you need to take painkillers to heal yourself.
At the end of the oil rig, the battle with the "vortal?" (sorry spelt wrong, big monster ting with the exploding zombies) I keep getting a freeze crash. The anti-crash DLL was replaced as well as the Ram increase patch is done. The other mods don't crash, and it is happening in the battel each time. So by this process of elimination, it might be a bug. Please advise! (Great mod by the way! I am really looking forward to seeing how it ends!), Obviously, there is still a chance that it is just a bad char save, in which case I will have to just to a replay from start.
Try to kill the boss using the exploding zombies. Using firearms on the oil rig can cause crashes but we have no idea why...
Thanks for the reply, It was firearms I was using on the zombies themselves, (I had already figured that much out!) Not sure how to explode the zombies without using guns and not die, but trying to solve that problem will be fun! (My current theory is experimenting with the various holy powers to see if any of them can explode them from a distance- when I pull the main boss close enough to one of them!) Cheers for the quick answer!
The easiest way is just to run close to them with the boss a little bit behind. They will explode once he get's near them!
instead of part 2, I suggest you work on voice acting. It is not fun if we don't hear them speaking and we will have to read the text. part of their personality will be lost this way.
Sorry, but I don't see how we can do that without fans offering free voice over on their own! We are all living in Germany so our accent is a no no :)!

Will there be a hub in which it will be possible to move freely between tasks? or will there be only story missions one by one?
The mod is cool, respect for this and for the unofficial patch. vtmb is my favorite game and this is your big merit.

Amazing work. But there's something glitchy with the avatar model. And by something I mean its totally f'd up with textures.

Sadly I have the game through Steam, I downloaded the mod and clicked the shortcut but all that pops up is, "Failed to find Steam." What should I do?

I'm thinking you should change Faith Heal to have the same effect as Blood Heal. I mean Faith Heal only restores one point of HP and I always have to use it, wait till it's finished and use it again since it doesn't stack. Not to mention the pauses to pray to get my faith points back. Also, Grunfeld Bach is German is he not? I don't see a problem with you adding your German accent to his voice.
Faith Heal cannot technically work like Bloodheal as Humans have no auto-healing which I used for it. But we think about making you heal while praying so you don't loose so much time! As for Bach, either we get voices for all NPCs or for none...
Hey, first of all, loved to play this thing, and I am actually thrilled to see you guys work together and breathe new life to this amazing game-a-verse again and again <3
I'd only have the suggestion to maybe keep the "shop" available after the oil rig mission to be able to stock up properly? I had my eye on the stealth skillbook and the shin gunto in there, that I couldn't get before and was quite disappointed when I had enough merchandise to trade that I couldn't go back for it before such a high-profile mission.
Also, I never found the opportunity to have the Brawl training with the guy who offers it during the tutorial, despite running around and speaking to every available hunter I could find without leaving the location.
The last thing would be the issue of the laser traps in the haven before heading out to the last mission - I raised my Wits, hacked them to set them up for som giggles, but of course they didn't trigger. I thought they also might be a hunch to raise Hacking to 5, which would be handy later... but that wasn't the case either. So I'd suggest removing those or just filling the little palm-tops with some relevant information instead of the unresponsive laser-commands maybe.
All in all, thank you for your continued amazing work, and I am presonally thrilled and hyped to the bone waiting for the next addition. Stay safe and stay cool guys, cheers from Hungary ;)=
About the shop, of course Darius will sell you stuff after the oil rig! You can find him sitting on a bed in a room in the monestary.
About brawling with a fellow hunter, this is just part of the dialogue and was never implemented. We never planned to either.
About the laser traps, I figured as long as they were not connected to a laser emitter they wouldn't work in the first place...
Oh, then there was in deed a bug there - when I found him sitting on the bed, he offered only some conversation, but no shopping option, though I approached him several times. I'll reload that save and check again soon, and post you the details if needed.
He will only sell you weapons if you talked with him about this before. But there was indeed an issue with it in the earlier map, you didn't need it there! I will fix that...
