West Germany has always been the center of militarization and an important location for NATO in terms of strategic affairs, also that Germany is the heart of most arsenal deployed in which it is important for both sides (NATO and Warsaw Pact).
The Soviet strategic command have finalized a plan a plan where in it would be operate by a series of nuclear strikes with the employment of combined strikes of air ,land and sea. The course outline of the battle would be expect that the mission would achieve in no more than two weeks by initiating rapid and massive deployment of retaliating forces.
The outline of the battle is wherein all Warsaw Pact members are obliged to participate on the theater of war. The main mission is all of the assaulting units of the GDR-Soviet must cross swiftly towards the center of west-Germany while Polish-soviet and Czech-Soviets will concentrate on both north and southern fronts along with Hungarians, Bulgarians and Romanians towards West Germany. The goal is that all combined forces of the Warsaw pact will annihilate NATO positions thus eradicating its standing armies through different fronts. assaulting neutral states is also necessity that includes Austria to fulfill its requirements to maneuver its forces on desired fronts thus also providing fortified positions.
the exception of the Battle is that France would be spared because it withdrew from being part of NATO integrated structure on 1966 and Britain would escape from the attack suggesting that Moscow decides not to overstretch its forces until the Rhine to prevent the war to go further.
