The First Dev Diary on Leaders in the mod and how they will be handled.
Monarchs
Monarchs in constitutional monarchies will be ideas, like how it is in the base mod, currently only Queen Victoria and Emperor Meiji are completed. That explains why you see only that one guy as German leader.
Portraits
Well Portraits will be portraits, we will be using black and white portraits the entire timeline, unless it is asked which in that point we will leave it to vote on how portraits shall be done, although custom portraits are kind of out of the question, I have a terrible hand so I would not be able to copy and paste their faces, nor create drawings. I also plan on having it so leaders will have multiple portraits, for younger selves if they are long ruling monarchs/dictators.
Ideology Transition
Many leaders will have multiple ideologies, based on historic facts and alternate history, example being a monarch abdicating and becoming a ruler later on.
