It presents a portrayal of a declining empire. Where does the future of the Qing Dynasty go with internal and external troubles? Playable faction include: Foreign Allied Forces (Britain, France, Japan), Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, Qing Dynasty Forces (Imperial Army, Eight Banners Army, Huai Army - Li Hongzhang, Xiang Army - Zeng Guofan, Green Standard Army) and Nian Rebellion Forces.
