this super crazy groovey hippie ped replaces a biker bikerb.txd
at first it looks like his entire body from feat to bandana looks like rainbow
but as you get closer hes face is normal skin but hes shirt and gloves are realy mad colures , and hes jeans are blue with a picture on the back.
hes wearing red glasses aswell with a bandana and long hair

installtion

1. open gta3.img with a img editor (txd workshop recomended)
2. search for bikerb.txd
3. right click it and click replace
4. browse the folders until you find my GTA Files folder wich i gave you
5. open it
6. click on bikerb.txd
7. wants thats changed bikerb.txd in gta 3.img click save txd
8. click file then save then exit
9. lode the game
your done

if anything gose wrong open gta3.img and replace bikerb.txd with bikerb.txd from the backups folder i gave you.
