FIXED - Disable refill button unless there is an alive Armory or Shrine
FIXED - Lower range on Commando weapon a bit
FIXED - Fix Stealthdetection on Nod Commando and GDI Sniper
FIXED - Fix Mammoth Firing speed
FIXED - Fix Stealth Tank damage done
FIXED - Fix the PT icon for the Peasant character
FIXED - Allow Peasant to repair vehicles for Alhpa3 only
