This is version 1.0 of the Takedowns Unlocked Mod.
All takedowns except Loot Takedown cost 0 skill points and can be unlocked immediately after the first mission, allowing for takedown-heavy gameplay from the start on.
Just backup your common.dat and common.fat files and replace them with the ones provided. Enjoy!
